👥Categories and Register Fee:
• Team Event (RM60 per person)

🤼Team Event Mini Challenge
i. 1 Point Slam
• Each team must nominate one player to compete in the 1-point slam (Singles Format).
• The 1st and 2nd place Players will win hampers worth RM288.

🎯Eligibility of Participants
• 1 Team: 6 - 8 Players
• Each team must have at least 1 “FEMALE” Player 🚺
• Players' DUPR rating must be 3.499 and below at the time of registration.
• Players whose DUPR rating exceeds the limit (even by 0.001) are not eligible to participate.

🎯Order of Play

🎯Tournament Format
🔴24 Entries
• Group stage: 4 groups of 6 teams
• Top 4 teams from each group advance to the Round 16.

🔴32 Entries
• Group stage: 8 groups of 4 teams
• Top 2 teams from each group advance to the Round 16.

🎯Scoring Format:
• Round Robin: 1 game 15 points rally, sudden death.
• Round 16: 1 game 15 points rally, sudden death.
• Quarter-Final: 1 game 15 points rally, sudden death.
• Semi-Final: 1 game 21 points rally, sudden death.
• 3rd 4th: 1 game 21 points rally, sudden death.
• Final: 1 game 21 points rally, sudden death.

🎯Tournament Rules :
• A referee will be present on court during the Group Stage. Line calls will be made by the receiving team. In the event of any dispute, players are encouraged to resolve the matter with the referee or replay the point. If no resolution can be reached, the Tournament Director will make the final decision.

• In the event of a dispute on the final point of any knockout round match, where no official has witnessed the incident and players are unable to resolve the matter, the Tournament Director may require the point to be replayed.

• Start from Round 16 until Final: A referee will be assigned to keep and announce the score, as well as call kitchen faults. All other line calls will be made by the receiving players.

• Time-Out: Each team is entitled to one (1) timeout of one (1) minute from the Semi-Finals onwards, including the Final and 3rd/4th placing match.

• Hydration Break: Players are allowed a quick hydration break between points.

• Injury Timeout: Each team is entitled to one (1) medical timeout of up to fifteen (15) minutes. If a player is unable to continue after the timeout, the match will be considered a forfeit. The medical timeout officially begins once the medical team arrives on site.

• The serving team must call out the score loudly before serving, and the score must be acknowledged by the receiving team. Any dispute regarding the score must be raised immediately when the score is called, and not after the point has been played or completed.

🎯Change of Player Policy
i. Before Registration Closing Date
• Player changes are allowed before the official registration closing date.

ii. After Registration Closing Date (Before Tournament Day)
• Player changes are not allowed once registration has closed, except under exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical reasons), subject to Tournament Committee approval.
• Any approved replacement must meet the eligibility requirements (e.g. DUPR rating, age category).

iii. On Tournament Day
• No changes of player/partner are allowed on the event day.
• Any team unable to field the registered players will be considered a walkover (forfeit).

iv. Organizer’s Discretion
• The Tournament Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any request for player change.
• Decisions made by the Tournament Committee are final and binding.

🎯Disputes / Complaints / Protest
• In the interest of the smooth running of the Competition, ONLY the Team Captain is allowed to file any Complaints or Disputes to the Organizing Committee (OC)/Tournament Referee(TR) in writing to the Organizing Committee.

• A Refundable Deposit of Malaysian Ringgit (RM) TWO Hundred (MYR200.00) is required together with the Written Complaint(s) or Dispute(s) before 4 July 2026.

• Any decision by the Organizing Committee on any dispute shall be FINAL.
