👥 Event Format

• Full Round Robin Doubles
• Fixed Pairing (teams remain the same throughout the event)
• Categories:
Men’s Doubles
Women’s Doubles
• 8 slots / 8 teams per category
• 2 courts | Continuous match play
• Every team plays against ALL competitors. Every match counts.

🎯 Scoring Format

• Rally scoring to 21
• Must be serving to win
• At 20–20, only the serving team can close it out, creating high-pressure finishes

🥇 Champion Determination

• Highest overall win rate
• Head-to-head used as tiebreaker

📌 Match Rules

• Schedule released within first 5 minutes. All players must be present
• No-shows = automatic 0–21 forfeiture
• No warm-up time. Please warm up before the event starts
• 1 timeout per player per match (1 minute)
• Matches run continuously. Stay alert for your upcoming games

❗ Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Before registration deadline: 50% refund
• After deadline: non-refundable
• Slots are non-transferable without approval
• Organizer cancellation: full refund or event credit
