🏓 Divisions

Open Singles
Men's Doubles
Women's Doubles
Mixed Doubles
Mixed Doubles 35+

Each division has room for 32 teams and we expect to hit the cap in several of them.


📊 Format and scoring

Every team plays a minimum of 3 matches. Round-robin pool play feeds into a single-elimination bracket with a third-place match in every division.

Pool play: play to 11, win by 1
Playoff bracket and 3rd-place match: play to 15, win by 1
Finals: best of 3, play to 11, win by 1

Every game is traditional scoring.

Pool draws will be released once registration closes.


💰 Entry

Early bird:
350k/team
(until Friday, July 10 at 11:55 pm Bali time)

Standard:
500k/team after July 10

✅ Eligibility

This is a DUPR-rated tournament, not self-rated. To register you need a DUPR account connected to your Reclub account. If you already have a DUPR account you must connect the current account, not create a new one.


📝 Registration and Refunds

Registration closes:
Thursday July 23

Full refund: 14 or more days before the event
50% refund: 7 to 14 days before
No refunds inside 7 days of the event, except in case of medical emergency


🗓️ Schedule

Match schedule will be posted in Reclub once the registration closes.


🍽️ Food and Drinks

Community partners will be on-site providing food and beverage.
