🦩 ELIGIBILITY

To participate in the RPC Kings & Queens Challenge #1, players must:
•⁠ ⁠Be a registered RPC member on Reclub.
•⁠ ⁠Have attended a minimum of three (3) RPC social sessions before the tournament registration closing date.
•⁠ ⁠Meet all registration and payment requirements before the registration deadline.

The Tournament Committee reserves the right to verify player eligibility and reject any registration that does not meet the above requirements.

🏆 TOURNAMENT FORMAT
• Maximum 24 teams (2 players per team)
• Open Gender Team Event with handicap scoring
• Teams will be randomly drawn into 4 groups of 6 teams
• Round Robin Group Stage
• Every team is guaranteed a minimum of five (5) matches (subject to full participation)
• The Top 2 teams from each group advance to the Knockout Stage

🎾 MATCH FORMAT
• Rally Scoring to 15 Points (Sudden Death)
• Teams change ends when the first team reaches 7 points
• Open Gender format with handicap scoring

• Men's Doubles vs Men's Doubles – 0
• Mixed Doubles vs Mixed Doubles – 0
• Women's Doubles vs Women's Doubles – 0
• Mixed Doubles vs Men's Doubles – Mixed +2
• Women's Doubles vs Mixed Doubles – Women's +2
• Women's Doubles vs Men's Doubles – Women's +4

Line Calls
• The receiving team is responsible for making all line calls.
• If players cannot agree on a line call, the point will be replayed.
• Players are expected to make fair and honest calls and display good sportsmanship at all times.

*Cash prizes are guaranteed only with a minimum of 20 teams. If fewer than 20 teams register, the organiser reserves the right to revise the prize pool accordingly.

💰 ENTRY FEE
Entry Fee : RM60 per team (2 players)
• Limited to the first 24 confirmed teams
• Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
• Registration closes upon reaching the maximum capacity of 24 teams or at the organiser's discretion.

📋 GUIDELINES & REGULATIONS
• Each player may only represent one team throughout the tournament.
• Team changes or substitutions are not permitted after the tournament draw has been released unless approved by the Tournament Committee.
• Teams must report to their assigned court immediately when called.
• A team failing to report within **5 minutes** of being called may forfeit the match.
• A forfeited match will be recorded as 13–0.
• Players are expected to conduct themselves with respect, integrity and good sportsmanship.
• The Tournament Committee reserves the right to amend the tournament format, schedule or rules where necessary to ensure the smooth running of the event.
• All decisions made by the Tournament Committee are final.

⚠️ TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Participation is entirely at the player's own risk.
• By registering, participants acknowledge that pickleball is a physical sport involving inherent risks of injury.
• Rimbayu Pickleball Club, the organisers, volunteers, sponsors and the venue shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss or damage arising from participation in the tournament.
• By participating, players consent to photographs and videos being taken during the event for promotional, marketing and social media purposes.
• Entry fees are non-refundable once registration has been confirmed unless the tournament is cancelled by the organiser.
