• Maximum Combined DUPR: 6.10 per team

Tournament Terms – DUPR Rules

Please take note of the following DUPR rules for this tournament:

1. No DUPR submission is required to participate in this tournament.

2. For Mixed Doubles and Men’s Doubles, the combined DUPR rating of both players must be 6.1 or below.

3. When calculating the combined DUPR:
- Each player’s DUPR rating will be rounded DOWN to 1 decimal place.
- The rounded ratings will then be added together.

Examples:

Example 1 – Eligible ✅
Player A: 2.922 → 2.9
Player B: 3.11 → 3.1
2.9 + 3.1 = 6.0 ✅

Example 2 – Eligible ✅
Player A: 2.878 → 2.8
Player B: 3.13 → 3.1
2.8 + 3.1 = 5.9 ✅

Example 3 – Not Eligible ❌
Player A: 3.15 → 3.1
Player B: 3.11 → 3.1
3.1 + 3.1 = 6.2 ❌

Maximum Combined DUPR: 6.1

• NR (Not Rated) players will be assigned a DUPR rating of 2.80.

• The organiser reserves the right to verify DUPR ratings before approving registrations.

• 2 Pools (8 teams per pool)

Semi Finals

• Pool A Winner vs Pool B Runner-Up

• Pool B Winner vs Pool A Runner-Up

Final

• Winners of the Semi Finals

3rd Place Playoff

• Losers of the Semi Finals compete for 2nd Runner-Up.

🧮 SCORING FORMAT

Round Robin

• Rally scoring to 15 points

• Sudden death at 14–14

• Teams switch sides when either team reaches 8 points

Semi Finals & 3rd Place Playoff

• Rally scoring to 21 points

• Sudden death at 20–20

• Teams switch sides when either team reaches 11 points

Final (Best of 3 Games)

• Rally scoring to 15 points

• Sudden death at 14–14

• Teams switch sides only in the third game when either team reaches 8 points

📜 TERMS & CONDITIONS

🚨 Match Regulations

Punctuality
1. Players must check in at least 30 minutes before their first scheduled match.
2. Players who fail to check in before their assigned match may forfeit the match.

Warm-Up & Walkovers
1. Players will be given one (1) minute of warm-up immediately before the match.
2. Matches must begin within three (3) minutes after being called.
3. A five (5) minute grace period will be given. Failure to report within this period may result in a walkover.
4. A walkover will be recorded as a 15–0 win for the opposing team.

Medical Time-Out
1. One (1) injury timeout of up to 10 minutes is permitted.
2. If a player is unable to continue after the timeout, the match will be declared a forfeit.

⚠️ DISCLAIMER
1. Registration fees are non-refundable except in the event of tournament cancellation or postponement.
2. If the tournament is cancelled, all registered players will receive a full refund.
3. If the tournament is postponed, registered teams may retain their slot for the new date.
4. The organiser reserves the right to make the final decision regarding player eligibility, match regulations, tournament format and scheduling. Manipulation or falsification of DUPR ratings or player accounts is strictly prohibited.
5. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to compete.
6. The organiser shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss or damage sustained during the tournament. Participation is entirely at the player’s own risk.
7. Players who fail to check in on time may be disqualified without refund.
8. All decisions made by the referees and organiser are final.
9. Any player found to have concealed their actual playing ability or provided inaccurate DUPR information may be immediately disqualified without refund.
