✅PLAYER DUPR ELIGIBILITY
1. Each team must have a combined DUPR rating below 11.000.
2. Individual player DUPR must be 3.099 or below.
3. Players without a DUPR rating (NR) will be treated as having a rating of 3.00 for tournament purposes.
4. The organizer reserves the right to review player eligibility and make the final decision regarding participation.
5. No DUPR submission

👫TEAM COMPOSITION
Each team will consist of 4 players = 2 Male & 2 Female
Pair 1 : Women Doubles
Pair 2 : Mixed Double 1
Pair 3 : Mixed Double 2
*XD1 and XD2 must consist of 4 different players.

⚔️TEAM BATTLE FORMAT (Group Stage to Finals)
The Team Battle format combines all three doubles matches into one continuous team match. The match will be played to a maximum of 39 points.
1. The first pair (WD) from each team will start the match 0-0, and battle in a rally point until either team reaches 13 points.
2. Once a team reaches 13 points, the match will pause and both teams must swap to their next pair (XD1) and continue the current score.
3. Once a team reaches 26 points, the match will pause and both teams must swap to their next pair (XD2) and continue the current score and play until 39 points.
4. If the score reaches 38-38, sudden death will determine the winner.

📋MATCH RULES & CONDUCT
1. Each team must assign 1 member to act as referee for the match. Each court will have 2 referees to assist with line calls, faults and rule enforcement.
2. Any dispute must be handled respectfully. Both referees should work together to reach a fair decision.
3. Each pair is allowed to change court sides during their game.
4. No timeouts during the match.
5.The organizer reserves the right to remove or ban any player/team for rule violations, misconduct or unsportsmanlike conduct.

🪢BRACKET FORMAT
1. Group stage – Round Robin within each group
2. Top 2 team from each group will advance to the single elimination knockout stage.
3. The tournament format may be adjusted by the organizer based on the final number of participating teams.

Champion : RM1600 Cash + Team Medals x4
1st Runner-up : RM800 Cash + Team Medals x4
2nd Runner-up : RM400 Cash + Team Medals x4
3rd Runner-up : RM100 Cash + Team Medals x4
** Prize amounts may be adjusted proportionately based on the final number of registered teams.

❌Refund Policy
1. No refunds or cancellations once payment is made.
2. If unable to attend after payment, players must find their own replacement players.
3. No-shows are non-refundable
4. Full refund will be issued if the event is cancelled.

** The Organizer reserves the right to amend, modify, or adjust the tournament format, rules, prize structure, and other event arrangements based on the final number of registered teams and overall tournament requirements.
** Any amendments deemed necessary by the Organizer will be communicated to all participating teams prior to the commencement of the tournament.
