⚖️ 1. TEAM ELIGIBILITY

* Men’s teams only
* Individual DUPR ≤ 3.499
* Combined team DUPR ≤ 13.00
* NR (Non-Rated) player considered as 3.00
* Non-DUPR tournament

🏆 2. TOURNAMENT FORMAT

POOL STAGE — ROUND ROBIN

* 12 teams divided into 2 pools of 6 teams.
* Each team matchup consists of 2 Men’s Doubles games (MD1 and MD2).
* Teams may rearrange player pairings for each new team matchup.
* Each player may play only 1 game per matchup.
* Every game won counts towards the team’s total wins throughout the Round Robin stage to determine pool rankings.

Pool Ranking Criteria

1. Total games won
2. Head-to-head (H2H)
3. Score difference

KNOCKOUT STAGE — TEAM RELAY FORMAT

The top 4 teams from each pool advance to the knockout stage, giving a total of 8 qualifying teams.

All knockout matches, including the quarterfinals, semifinals, 3rd/4th-place match and Final, use the Relay Match — Race to 30 Points format.

* Each team starts with its first pair on court.
* When either team reaches 15 points, both teams rotate. The first pairs leave the court and the second pairs enter.
* Play continues until one team reaches 30 points.
* The first team to reach 30 points wins the match.

🥇 Champion: RM1,000 + Medals + Virtual Trophy
🥈 1st Runner-Up: RM600 + Medals + Virtual Trophy
🥉 2nd Runner-Up: RM400 + Medals + Virtual Trophy
🏅 4th Place: Medals + Virtual Trophy

Note: Prizes will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis if fewer than 12 teams participate.

Registration is confirmed upon payment. No cancellations or refunds within 48 hours of the event, except where the organiser cancels the event.

5. DUPR RATING VERIFICATION CLAUSE

Once registered, all players must take a screenshot of their DUPR profile page and send it to the host as proof of their DUPR rating for cutoff verification.
Please note that any subsequent increase or decrease in DUPR rating will not affect the player’s eligibility or registration for the tournament.


6. SPORTSMANSHIP & EVENT CONDITIONS

* Respect all players, opponents and organisers.
* Support your teammates and maintain a positive playing environment.
* Follow the announced scoring, rotation and match procedures.
* The organiser’s decision on tournament administration and unresolved disputes is final.
* If the tournament does not reach the maximum capacity of 12 teams, the organiser reserves the right to adjust the prize amounts proportionally based on the final number of registered and paid teams.
* If fewer than 6 teams register, the organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event.
* If the organiser cancels the event, all registered teams will receive a full refund.
* By registering, participants agree to follow the announced rules and conditions.

7. PRIZES & EVENT DISCLAIMER

* This tournament is organised for recreation, sportsmanship, fellowship and healthy competition.
* All prizes are provided voluntarily by the organisers as tokens of encouragement in recognition of participants’ sporting achievements.
* Entry fees are collected to cover court bookings, event logistics and related organisational expenses.
* The event does not involve betting, wagering or gambling activities.
* This event is independently organised and is not sponsored by any external organisation.
