Welcome players!

This social session will use the Ladder Format, designed to provide balanced games while allowing players to move up or down based on results.

How it Works:
🔸 Players will be assigned to courts at the start of the session.
🔸Each round will be played Rally 15 (No deuce)
🔸At the end of each round:
- Winning teams move up one court.
- Losing teams move down one court.
🔸Partners split every round.

SPORTMANSHIP REMINDER

✅ Play competitively but respectfully.
✅ Make fair line calls.
✅ Be ready to move courts promptly after each round.
✅ Encourage fellow players and enjoy meeting new partners.

PAYMENT SYSTEM

- Please DO NOT make payment immediately after requesting slot.
- Players must wait until being added to waitlisted participant.
- Proceed with payment and send proof of payment to admin or in the meet chat for confirmation.
- Slots are confirmed only after payment is received.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the meet start.
- Host may arrange replacement player
- Players may also find their own replacement
- No refund if no replacement players to take slot

The objective is to have fun, meet different players, and challenge yourself throughout the session.
