📌 OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES

1. Time & Attendance
• Play starts at 6:00 PM onwards. Please be at the court on time.
• If you arrive late, please understand that the organizer cannot guarantee the same number of games/playtime, as the queue will continue moving.
• If you want to maximize your playing time, please make sure to arrive by 6:00 PM onwards and be ready to play when your turn comes.

2. Cancellation Policy
• Please inform the host as early as possible if you can no longer play so we can give your slot to someone on the waitlist.
• Cancellation made 8 hour before Open Play will still require payment of the reserved slot, since it may no longer be possible to fill the slot.

3. Category / Paddle Tagging
• The host will place a colored tape/tag on your paddle base according to the category you registered for.
• This is to make it easier to identify players and organize the queue faster.
• Please stay within your registered category unless the host allows a category change.

4. No Walk-ins
• Once all 24 slots are filled, NO WALK-INS will be accepted.
• Please secure your slot by adding your name to the list.

5. Payment
• Payment must be made before playing via GCash

🎾 GAME RULES

• Games are played up to 11 points.
• No side-out / no deuce — first to 11 wins.
• This format is for faster queue rotation so everyone gets more opportunities to play.
• Please be honest in keeping score. 🙏
• Avoid choosing only your preferred partners/opponents. Let’s give everyone a chance to play with different players and experience different playing styles.
• If you are the stronger/more experienced player, please encourage and help your partner/opponent improve instead of making them feel uncomfortable. Let’s keep the Open Play fun and welcoming for everyone. ❤️
• Respect all players. No trash talk, blaming, or unnecessary arguments.
• Please return to the waiting area after your game so the next players can enter the court immediately.

Final category/tag assignment may be adjusted by the host if needed to keep the games balanced.
