In this session, you'll learn how to properly execute blocking, counters, and speed-ups in pickleball. Improve your paddle control, reaction time, shot selection, and confidence during fast-paced rallies.

You'll learn how to:

- Block hard shots and control your opponent's pace.
- Counter fast attacks with proper timing and paddle positioning.
- Improve your kitchen awareness and positioning during exchanges.
- Transition smoothly between defense and offense.
