🏆 GAME FORMAT & RULES
DUPR Account Required: All participants must have an active DUPR account to record match results.

Smart Rotations: Games are managed via PickleQ to ensure equal playing time and fair matchups.

Match Style: Mixed-level open play designed for all women participants.

Scoring: Games to 11 points and sudden death only

Court Switch: Players switch sides once either team hits 6 points.

Starting Server: Decided via Bato-Bato Pick ✊✌️✋ (No "play for serve").

📜 COURT & EVENT POLICIES
Punctuality: Please arrive on time! Late arrivals risk missing out on maximum game rotations.

Respect & Community: Treat every player with sportsmanship and positive energy.

Refunds/Transfers: Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, but fully TRANSFERRABLE to another female player if you cannot make it.

Waitlist: Waitlisted players will only be confirmed once payment is received.

Weather Policy (In Case of Rain):

Cancelled BEFORE event: Choose between a full refund OR transfer registration to the rescheduled session.

Rain DURING event: A 30–60 minute grace period will be observed. If the session cannot resume, a 30% refund will be issued.

Liability Disclaimer: Participants play at their own risk. Organizers, admins, and the venue shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or personal damage incurred during the event.
