👤 Who is this for
Low–Mid Beginner players who already know the basic rules and want to become more consistent and intentional during the first few shots of a rally.

This is not a general open play session nor a random collection of drills.

This is a structured, level-specific, sequence-based coaching with controlled player count, measurable repetitions, and actual game-context application (situation-specific).

This training program combines four structured coaching modules covering:
Serve + Third Shot Drop
Serve + Third Shot Drive
Return + Fourth Shot Selection
First Four Shots Mini Game


👀 What You Should Expect

Session Duration: 2 hours
- 114 minutes of structured training + feedback
- 6-minute buffer for warm-up, transitions and wrap-up.
- With a maximum of 4 players, each player gets approximately 37 minutes of active court/drilling time across the program.

🎯 What You Will Actually Do

You'll work through actual rally sequences rather than isolated shot repetition:
Serve → Return → Third Shot → Fourth Shot

With emphasis on:
Placement over power
Depth and consistency
Reducing unforced errors
Appropriate shot selection
Two key mental models during serve/return
