Open Play payments are non-refundable. Please make sure you are available to attend your scheduled game before confirming your booking.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled Open Play, your payment will be forfeited, unless the court availability or schedule is changed or the session is cancelled by the club.

No refunds, credits, or make-up games will be provided for missed sessions.

By joining an Open Play session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

🎾 GAME FORMAT

• All games are played to 11 points only.
• No win-by-two rule.
• No extensions.
• No continuation beyond 11 points.

🏓 COURT ETIQUETTE & PADDLE STACKING

Standard paddle-stacking rules apply for court rotation and game entry.

Players must place their paddles in the designated paddle-stacking area to maintain fair and organized play.

For special groupings, the first hour of play will follow the standard paddle-stacking procedure. After the first hour, the next group will skip their turn in the rotation to help ensure balanced court access for all participants.

All players are expected to know and follow the official rules of pickleball during play.
