Due to the increasing demand for our Open Play sessions, we are implementing a Payment First Policy to help us manage slots more efficiently and provide a smoother, fairer, and more organized experience for everyone.

These guidelines are designed to be fair for the players, fair for the management, and fair for everyone. 💙💚

🥒 𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐍 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐘 – 𝟒 𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐒

📍 Location: The Racket Zone
⏱️ Duration: 4 Hours
🏓 All skill levels are welcome!

🥒 𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐓𝐎 𝐉𝐎𝐈𝐍

1. Join the Open Play through Reclub.
2. Choose your preferred Open Play date.
3. Settle the full Open Play fee.
4. Upload your proof of payment in the Payment section of Reclub.
5. Once your registration and payment have been verified, your slot will be officially secured.

NO PAYMENT = NO SECURED SLOT
PAYMENT VERIFIED = SLOT SECURED

📌 IMPORTANT: Please upload your proof of payment in the Payment section, not in the Chat Activity.

The Chat Activity should only be used for payment uploads when you are paying for a plus one.

💳 𝐏𝐀𝐘𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐒𝐓 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘

Full payment is required to secure your slot.

Players who have completed payment and have a verified payment will be prioritized over those who choose to pay upon arrival.

Cash payment may still be accepted on-site if slots are still available, but payment upon arrival does not guarantee a slot.

This system helps prevent slots from being held without payment while other players who are ready to play are unable to join.

⏳ 𝐖𝐀𝐈𝐓𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐘𝐄𝐑𝐒

If the Open Play is already full, please do not proceed with payment unless you are willing to be waitlisted.

If you choose to pay while waitlisted, you may be given a slot if:

• An accepted player cancels or backs out
• An accepted player does not show up
• An accepted player finishes and leaves, creating an available slot

If the Open Play starts and you remain waitlisted without a slot becoming available, your payment will be refunded immediately, or you may choose to use it as credit for your next Open Play.

🚫 𝐖𝐀𝐋𝐊-𝐈𝐍𝐒

Walk-ins are subject to slot availability and are not guaranteed a slot.

Players with confirmed and verified payments will be prioritized.

🎾 𝐆𝐀𝐌𝐄 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘

To keep the Open Play organized, fair, and enjoyable for everyone:

• A 5-ball warm-up is allowed before your first game only.
• No additional warm-up is allowed for succeeding games.
• Games are played up to 11 points only.
• Players must follow the designated rotation and queueing system.
• Please be ready when your turn is called to avoid delays.
• Players should rotate promptly after each game to give everyone a fair opportunity to play.
• Court assignments and player rotations may be adjusted by the organizers when necessary to maintain a smooth flow of games.
• Please avoid unnecessary delays between games.
• Good sportsmanship and respect toward fellow players, staff, and organizers are expected at all times.

⏰ 𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐕𝐀𝐋𝐒

Please arrive on time.

Late arrivals will not be given an extension beyond the scheduled Open Play session.

An extension may only be allowed if there is no succeeding court schedule and may be subject to additional charges.

❌ 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 & 𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐔𝐍𝐃 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘

• Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the session.
• No refund will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session.
• Refunds due to weather conditions, court issues, or other unforeseen circumstances are subject to management approval.
• Once the Open Play session has started, no refund will be granted.
