Thank you for joining our Open Play sessions! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow the guidelines below:

📋 HOW TO JOIN OPEN PLAY
Submit a Join Request
• Click "Request to Join" the event.
• Once submitted, your name will automatically be placed on the WAITLIST.

Secure Your Slot with Payment
• Open Play Fee: ₱200 per player
• Payment Method: GCash (09153509120) (MA****W JA***R S.)

Important:
Slots are confirmed based on payment, not waitlist position.
Even if you're at the bottom of the waitlist, you may secure a slot immediately by sending proof of payment.

Confirmation
• Once your payment has been verified by the host, your status will be moved from WAITLIST to CONFIRMED.

✅ No Payment = No Slot = No Play
✅ No Refunds, Cancellations, or Rescheduling
Payments are valid only for the specific Open Play date selected.

Please inform the group chat as soon as possible. You may transfer or sell your confirmed slot to another player.

To maximize court time and minimize waiting between games, we intentionally cap the number of participants per session.

🏆 *Fast & Fun Games:* Matches are played to 11 points. If the score reaches 10–10, it's sudden death—the next point wins! This keeps games exciting and ensures everyone gets more court time.
