📌 Event Policy
• Payments are non-refundable.
• Slots may be transferred if you can’t attend (replacement to be arranged by the player).
• In case of rain, we’ll try to adjust the schedule if possible. If play cannot continue, payments remain non-refundable due to committed court and event costs.

No complete beginners for this session, to help us maintain a smooth and balanced rotation.
