⚠️ Open Play Slot & Court Adjustments During DUPR Night

🏓 DUPR matches will be given priority every Monday and Tuesday.

✔️ Open Play slots may be increased or decreased without prior notice, depending on DUPR Night participation and court availability.

✔️ If DUPR participation is high, an additional court may be utilized alternately between DUPR matches and Open Play to accommodate more games.

✔️ If DUPR participation is low, additional Open Play slots may be made available accordingly.

✔️ All adjustments to player capacity and court allocation will be at the discretion of the hosts to ensure smooth and efficient gameplay.

📌 Please note: DUPR Night takes priority, and Open Play capacity will be adjusted accordingly.

⏳ Once Slots Are Full:

✔️ Paid players beyond the available slot limit will be placed on the Waitlist.
✔️ Unpaid players will be placed on Hold.

📌 Waitlisted Players:

✔️ Players who wish to join the waitlist may still send payment and proof of payment to the hosts.
✔️ Only paid waitlisted players will be accommodated on a 1:1 replacement basis if a confirmed player cancels or leaves early.
✔️ Paid waitlisted players who are not accommodated should coordinate with the hosts regarding their payment.

🚶 Walk-Ins:

✔️ Walk-ins may be accommodated only after Open Play has started.
✔️ If slots are still available, walk-ins may join upon payment.
✔️ If all available slots are already full, walk-ins will be treated as Waitlisted Players, and the standard waitlist rules will apply.

⚠️ Don’t Wait!

No on-site or last-minute payments — slots may already be full.
