🔵 Slots will only be confirmed once the proof of payment is uploaded.

🔵 Private messages and chat groups will NOT be acknowledged for slot confirmation due to the high volume of messages.

This helps us keep the slots organized and fair for everyone, especially since limited slots are available.

🎯 FAIR PLAY FOR EVERYONE

We’ll be using PickleQ instead of traditional paddle stacking.

PickleQ helps organize the rotation and queue so everyone gets a fair opportunity to play, keeping the games balanced and enjoyable. 🙌

⏰ COME EARLY & MAXIMIZE YOUR PLAY TIME!

We encourage everyone to arrive before the scheduled game time so we can check in, get ready, and start on time.

Every minute counts! Let’s make the most out of our full 2-hour session. 🏓🔥

⏰ 12-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are allowed up to 12 hours before your scheduled play time.

❌ No refunds within 12 hours before the game.
❌ No-shows will forfeit their payment.

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel within the 12-hour period, you may sell or transfer your slot to another player instead of requesting a refund.

Please coordinate with the organizers and make sure the replacement player is properly confirmed before the game.
