Court Etiquette —
• Wear proper playing attire and shoes to avoid injuries and accidents
• Stacking
- Winners
- Losers
In this way, there’s a better rotation of players per round / play.
• Quick Warm-up
Dinking before official play is fine for everyone’s first play. One round of warm-up dinks should be enough. This is for everyone to have more time for actual plays 🤞🏼
• Bring EXTRA outdoor ball.

Reminders —
💦 bring your own water tumblers
💥 bring your own paddle

Outdoor Court Terms —
• Natural causes of delays are inevitable in outdoor courts. If cancellation is already needed, the policy will be:
- if courts are still playable within the first hour of the open play schedule, no refund.
- if courts are unplayable during the first hour of the open play schedule (1st hour no play), refund for the first hour will be made to all attending players. players who are not present at the venue within this specific time frame will not be eligible for refund for fairness to those who arrived early / on time.
- if courts seem unplayable for the entire open play schedule, full refund will be made to all players, attending or not.
- if there are no issues at all, and the open play schedule will continue as planned, we’ll apply the original policies. NO refunds. NO cancellations. NO reschedules.

IMPORTANT NOTES —
• Player must be listed as confirmed and should be part of the confirmed participants list before attending.
• All paid and confirmed plays are final. No refunds. No cancellations. No reschedules.
