• PickleQ for fair rotation and matchups. .

📌 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘
• Cancellations must be made at least 𝟔 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 before the session.
• Players must find a replacement and inform the organizers.
• No-shows without a replacement may affect future bookings.

💸 𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐔𝐍𝐃 & 𝐖𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘
• 𝐍𝐎 𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐒.
• If rain stops play before completing 𝟐 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬, eligible players will receive a session credit.
• If 𝟐 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 have been completed, no credit will be issued.
• Weather-related credits are subject to confirmation by the organizers.

• Players acknowledge the physical risks of pickleball and must follow court safety rules.
