🥒🎾SLOT & PAYMENT INFO 🏓
To keep things organized, players who settle their payment online will be prioritized when securing slots.
We may still accept walk-ins and cash payments on the day if there are open slots. Just send us a message beforehand and wait for our confirmation so we can make sure there’s a spot available for you.

We’re doing this to help minimize no-shows and, most importantly, give everyone a fair chance to get in and play. 🙌

If you need to leave early after getting your games in, we may open your slot to someone on the waiting list. This helps us make the most out of the available slots and gives other players a chance to join.

⚠️ CANCELLATION & REFUND INFO
Once your slot has been confirmed, we generally don’t accommodate cancellations or refunds.
If something comes up and you can’t make it, you can pass your slot on to another player. Just let us know ahead of time so we can update the list and keep everything organized.

For refund requests, we may consider them if the session is already fully booked and you were unable to use your confirmed slot. Requests will be reviewed individually by the organizers.

Thanks everyone for understanding and helping us keep the sessions smooth, fair, and enjoyable for the whole community! 🥒🎾❤️
