SATURDINK Organized Openplay: Rules & Guidelines

🕒 Schedule & Attendance

Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Late cancellations and unexcused absences will be recorded. Repeated non-attendance without prior notice may result in penalties, including suspension from booking future sessions. Once your slot is confirmed after the cancellation freeze, it is automatically yours.

Cancellation freeze: 6 hrs before playing time

💰 Registration & Fees

No Pay, No Play: The session fee is ₱150 per player and must be paid before entering the court. Registration is confirmed only upon payment.

🔄 Rotation & Paddle Stacking

Opening Games: The initial matches of the session are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Subsequent Matches: To ensure competitive balance, rotation follows a Winner vs. Winner and Loser vs. Loser format.

Stacking Integrity: Only designated organizers may arrange or adjust the paddle queue. Players must not alter or reorder paddles during active sessions.

⚖️ Gameplay & Scoring

Scoring: Games are played to 11 points with sudden death (no win-by-two requirement).

Warm-Up Limit: On-court warm-ups for subsequent matches are capped at 2 minutes to respect waiting players.

🤝 Courtesy & Safety

Ball on Court: If a stray ball enters your playing area, immediately call "Ball on Court," halt play, and replay the point. Do not step onto an active court to retrieve a ball.

Crossing Courts: Wait for rallies to finish before walking behind or past an active court.

Honesty & Respect: Treat all players, organizers, and facility staff with respect. MGD maintains a strict honesty policy, and unsportsmanlike behavior will be addressed by management.
