🏓 OPEN PLAY COURT RULES
🕖 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM
🏟️ 2 Courts

📢 SCHEDULE UPDATE
We have adjusted our Open Play schedule to 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM because we noticed that most players usually arrive around 7:00 PM. This adjustment is intended to better match everyone’s arrival time and make our Open Play more organized and efficient.

To ensure a smooth, fair, and enjoyable Open Play for everyone, please strictly follow the rules below:

1. PLAYER LIMIT & ATTENDANCE
👥 Maximum of 28 players only
📋 If you are not registered/confirmed in Reclub, please do not come to the session.
🚫 No walk-ins or unregistered players are allowed, unless a vacant slot is officially confirmed by the organizer.
📢 If you can no longer attend, please notify the organizer at least 1–2 hours before Open Play so your slot can be given to someone else.
🙏 Please do not be a no-show. Respect the organizer and other players who may want to take the vacant slot.

2. PAYMENT
💳 Upon check-in, players must pay before playing.
💰 Players may also pay in advance to secure their slot.

📋 This helps prevent hassle for both players and the organizer, especially since attendance and payments are tallied daily.

3. SCORING SYSTEM
🎯 Games are played up to 11 points.
• No deuce.

4. FOOD & CLEANLINESS

🚫 No outside food is allowed.
☕ Food and drinks are available at the coffee shop. Please feel free to order from their menu during the session.
⏰ Last order / food cut-off is at 11:30 PM, so please place your orders before the cut-off time.
💧 Free drinking water is available at the coffee shop for all players.
🧹 Please clean as you go and keep the playing area clean and comfortable for everyone.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Let’s work together to keep our Open Play organized, fair, and enjoyable for everyone. 🏓🔥
