- We will be using picklr for fair and automated player rotations
- This keeps matches moving quickly and ensures fair playing time for everyone
- To keep things fair and moving, the organizer/s can tweak pairings and even jump into the queue if needed when players are missing or leave early

- Bring your own paddle
- Balls will be provided

- Payments are non-refundable once processed
- If you cannot attend, please cancel at least 12 hours before the session so the slot can be offered to another player
- For emergencies, you may send a replacement player
