📲 HOW TO SECURE YOUR SLOT

Please follow these steps carefully to confirm your participation:

STEP 1: Open Reclub and click “Request to Join.”

STEP 2: Wait until you are waitlisted before sending your payment. Please do not pay before reaching this stage.

STEP 3: Send your registration fee through GCash. Check the CHAT section on Reclub for the official payment QR code.
(NOTE: we will not accept payment with gcash protect)

STEP 4: Send a screenshot of your payment receipt in the group chat for verification.

STEP 5: Wait for the admin to verify your payment. Once verified, your slot is officially reserved! ✅

⚠️ IMPORTANT REGISTRATION REMINDERS
• Slots are limited. Confirmation is on a first-paid, first-served basis.
• Being waitlisted does not automatically guarantee your slot.
• If you can no longer attend, please inform the admin as early as possible.
• NO CANCELLATIONS. NO REFUNDS. You may transfer your slot to another player, provided the admin is informed beforehand.
• Please make sure your payment receipt is clear and your payment details are correct.

🚘 Cars: FREE Parking at Rainforest, subject to availability. First come, first served.

🛵 Motorcycles & E-bikes: FREE parking inside the warehouse compound.

🏓 Proper Sports Attire — Wear suitable sports clothing and appropriate court shoes.

🚫 No Food or Drinks Inside the Courts — Food and drinks are allowed only in the designated waiting area.

🧹 Keep It Clean — Dispose of your trash properly and help maintain the cleanliness of our courts and restrooms.

🤝 Respect Everyone — Observe proper decorum, respect fellow players, and follow the instructions of the organizers.

To keep the games organized, competitive, and moving smoothly, please observe the following format:

🎯 11 Points Only — Games are played to 11 points, with sudden death and no deuce.

🔄 Winner/Loser Queue Rotation — Players will rotate through the PickleQ system.

👥 No Locked-In Partners — Be ready to mix, rotate, and play with different people.

📊 Report Every Score — Please make sure your game score is reported after each match to keep the rotation organized.

🤝 Play Fair, Play Smart, Have Fun! — Respect the rotation system and make sure everyone gets a fair opportunity to play.

PICKLEBON SPORTS CENTER is not responsible for injuries or incidents during Open Play, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Please play responsibly, respect your limits, and immediately inform the organizers if you observe an unsafe condition.
