This class will be conducted by Coach Taufiq who is background in Sport Science and Recreation who is still very active in sport especially Pickleball and Strength and Conditioning.

Currently the Founder and Head Sport Therapist at Pulih Sport Massage and Rehabilitation.

Coach are super friendly and flexible so dont get scared and have fun with the class.
