BRING YOUR OWN GEAR
• bring your own paddle
• balls provided

WAITLISTED
• for new joiners, payment is required to secure a slot (do not send payment if slots are full)
• if slots are full, you’ll be placed on the waitlist until a slot opens

PAYMENTS
• gcash (09778118899 Kyle) upload receipt in the payment tab, pay in advance
• cash, bring exact amount
• no refunds but your payment can be credited for a future meet

NO-SHOW POLICY
• no-shows are still liable for payment since the slot is reserved just for you
• if payment is not settled, the “Pay to Play” policy applies, you must pay for both your previous and current meet fees before joining again

LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS
• you must cancel before the cancellation freeze period (24 hours before the meet) by informing the hosts or removing yourself from the meet, so we can give your slot to someone else and inform them ahead of time
• cancellations beyond the cancellation freeze period (24 hours before the meet) will need to find a replacement player to take your slot otherwise, you remain liable for payment

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
• always secure your personal items during the meet
• any loss, damage, or mix-ups (paddles, bags, etc.) are the responsibility of the owner
• the club and hosts will not be held liable
