OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES

Hi, Pickle Besties! 💛

Please follow these guidelines to keep our games fair, organized, and fun for everyone!

📌 1. REGISTRATION
• Register through Reclub to secure your slot.
• Plus-ones without the app are allowed only with an accepted participant.
• No walk-ins. Only confirmed players may attend.

⏳ 2. WAITLIST
• Wait for approval before joining the session.
• Waitlisted players are welcome to come and wait for an available slot, but participation is not guaranteed.
• If a slot opens, waitlisted players may join once approved.

❌ 3. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOWS
• Cancel at least 4 hours before play. Reclub cancellations are unavailable after the freeze.
• No-Show Policy: Players who fail to attend without cancelling their slot must still pay the ₱50 open play fee. Any outstanding fee must be settled before they can be approved to join another open play session.
• Cancel early whenever possible to give waitlisted players a chance to join.

💸 4. OPEN PLAY FEE
• ₱50 per player, payable before paddle stacking.
• Cash is accepted.
• For online payments, message us or DM Rochelle for GCash details or a QR code.

🏓 5. QUEUEING & GAME ROTATION
• We use the Sparkk Queue system to keep game rotations organized and fair.
• Check in upon arrival. Please inform the organizers so we can check you in and add you to the queue.
• Rotate after every game. All four players rotate off the court after each game, and the next group is selected according to the queue.
• Respect the queue. Please wait for your turn and do not skip the queue or take another player's spot without the organizer's permission.
• Leaving or skipping a turn? Please inform the organizers so we can update the queue accordingly.
• Need help? Feel free to approach the session organizers.

🤝 6. COURT ETIQUETTE
• Respect all players, regardless of skill level.
• Be honest with line calls and practice good sportsmanship.
• Avoid arguments, unnecessary delays, and unsportsmanlike behavior.
• Play safely, keep the court clean, and bring the good vibes! 💛
• Keep the court clean. Please dispose of your rubbish properly and help us keep the court clean and tidy. 🗑
