RALLY & RULE — 2ND DUPR DOUBLES OPEN PLAY 🏛️

THE COURT IS BACK IN SESSION.

Rally & Rule hereby calls for a new round of DUPR-RATED DOUBLES OPEN PLAY —where strategy meets competition, and every point is duly contested.

📅 DATE: October 25, 2026 — Sunday
🕖 TIME: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
📍 VENUE: The RALLY Davao (near DMSF)
🏟️ COURTS: 1, 2, 3 & 4
💰 ENTRY FEE: ₱250 per player

📜 I. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
The entry fee covers the following:
🏟️ Court fees
🎾 Balls - Selkirk Pro S1
🍫 Candies & chocolates
🧊 Water and ice (bring your own water bottle)

⚖️ II. RULES OF PROCEDURE
All matches shall be conducted under the following rules:

🎯 Scoring: Race to 11, no win-by-2
⚡ Match Format: Sudden Death
📱 Match Administration: CourtMate

Match assignments, partner rotations, and opponent pairings shall be administered through CourtMate. The organizers reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to maintain fairness, orderly play, and competitive integrity.

🏷️ III. DIVISIONS & CLASSIFICATION
Participants shall be classified under the following divisions:

* NOVICE: NR – 2.99
* INTERMEDIATE: 3.00 and above
* UNRATED (NR) PLAYERS: Players without an established DUPR rating must disclose their self-assessed skill level to the organizers for proper classification.

Division Conditions:
1. Divisions shall be conducted separately whenever player numbers permit. If participation is insufficient in either division, the organizers may combine the categories.
2. Partners and opponents shall be assigned automatically each round, taking comparable skill levels into consideration.

🏆 IV. THE VERDICT
Upon conclusion of the proceedings, the following prizes shall be awarded:

🥇 1st Place — 1 FREE slot to the next R&R OP
🥈 2nd Place — ₱100 OFF to the next R&R OP
🥉 3rd Place — ₱50 OFF to the next R&R OP

📌 IMPORTANT: Fixed-partner teams shall be ineligible for all Top 3 prizes.

📊 V. DUPR & MATCH RECORDING
All participants are strongly advised to maintain their own active DUPR and Reclub accounts to facilitate accurate match recording and timely results submission.

Upon slot confirmation, participants must submit their proof of payment through the Payment tab on Reclub to complete their registration.

🚫 Slots are non-cancellable but transferable, subject to prior coordination with the organizers.
⚠️ No-shows shall not be entitled to credits or refunds.

📝 VII. CONDITIONS PRECEDENT
Before participating, each player must:
1. Connect with Rally & Rule on Reclub and DUPR.
2. Create and maintain individual DUPR and Reclub accounts.
3. Join the official Rally & Rule DUPR Club to facilitate match recording.

🛡️ VIII. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at each player’s own risk.

Participants acknowledge the inherent risks of pickleball, including potential injury or loss. Rally & Rule and its organizers shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, loss, damage, or claims arising from participation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

⚖️ IX. FINAL ORDER
Registration and participation constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The organizers reserve the right to interpret and enforce event rules, resolve disputes concerning match proceedings, and make final administrative decisions in the interest of fairness and the orderly conduct of the event, subject to applicable rules and law.
