​👥 Player Capacity & Setup
- ​Slots: Capped at 16 players max
- ​Courts: 2 courts active
- ​Duration: 3-hour Open Play session

📍 Location and Parking
- Venue: AXIS Residences Court (Pin: AXIS Residences Tower B)
- ​Parking: No parking available inside the compound. You may park at Robinsons Cybergate 3 (Pay Parking).

​🏓 Match & Rotation Format
- ​Open to all skill levels — everyone is welcome!
- ​Format: Standard Doubles
- ​Queuing: We will be using PickleQ to manage court rotation and matchups. (We will share the link in the CHAT section once games have started)
- ​Scoring: Games run up to 11 points (sudden death, no deuce).
- ​Time Limit: 12 minutes per match max to ensure fast rotations and plenty of court time for everyone.
- ​Keep an eye on the PickleQ board and be ready when your turn comes so games flow seamlessly.

​📋 How to Reserve Your Slot
- ​Send a request to join on Reclub and wait for your name to appear on the WAITLIST.
- ​Once waitlisted, settle your payment promptly to lock in your spot.
- ​Upload/send your proof of payment for verification.
- ​First-pay, first-confirmed basis — joining the waitlist alone does not reserve your slot.
- ​Can’t attend? You are free to sell or pass your slot to another player.

​🌧️ Refund & Cancellation Policy
- ​Strictly Non-Refundable: Payments are final if you cancel or miss the session.
- ​Force Majeure Exception: Refunds or slot roll-overs will only be issued if the session is canceled due to unforeseen acts of nature — specifically severe weather or heavy rain rendering the court unplayable/wet.
