2 HOUR BEGINNER SESSION

First time playing volleyball? No worries 🙌🏻
This session is specially for beginners / players who are new to volleyball. We’ll learn the basics together and have fun 😎

What to expect :
🏐 Quick introduction & basic rules
🏐 Learn how to serve
🏐 Learn bump/pass & setting
🏐 Basic positioning & rotation

📌 For this session

• We play 3@4 players for each side on court so 1 court around 6@8 players. Rally 11 Points
• You can use up to 3 touches before sending the ball over the net
• One player cannot hit the ball twice consecutively (except after a block)
• Don’t catch, carry or throw the ball, hit it cleanly
• If the ball lands inside the line, it’s IN. On the line = IN
• If the ball lands outside the line, it’s OUT
• When your team wins the serve back, players rotate clockwise
• Most importantly : communicate, respect each other & have fun

✨ No experience needed. No pressure to be perfect.
