Guidelines:

1. No walk-ins allowed.
* All players must register and pay in advance to join the open play.

2. Slots are limited.
* To secure your slot, please complete payment using the provided payment method. Slots are confirmed only after payment verification by the admin.

3. Proof of payment required.
* Upload your payment receipt in the designated Payment section.

4. Cancellation & replacement policy.
* In case of cancellation, players must inform the admin not later than 3:00 PM on the day of play.
* The cancelling player may coordinate with a waitlisted or substitute player to take the slot.
* Any refund arrangement shall be handled directly between the cancelling player and the replacement player.
* If no replacement is found or if notice is given after 3:00 PM, the slot and fee shall be forfeited.
* Waitlisted / Substitute player can only play once admin confirms the replacement of the slots.

5. Open play format.
* Skill levels may vary. Players are expected to play respectfully and supportively at all times.

6. Equipment.
* Players are encouraged to bring their own paddle.

7. Game flow & court management.
* The organizers reserve the right to adjust court rotations, time limits, or pairings to ensure fair and smooth gameplay.
