How to Join Open Play:

We want Open Play to be smooth and fair for everyone. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Request to Join on Reclub
• Open Reclub and Request to Join the Open Play session for the day.
• Everyone who will play must be listed on Reclub (including +1s).

2. Let Us Know if You Need a Paddle
• Paddle rental is optional.
• If you need a paddle, please declare it before paying.
• Paddle rental fee: ₱50 per session.

3. Pay the Correct Amount
• ₱150 – Open Play only
• ₱200 – Open Play + Paddle rental

• Upload your receipt in Reclub (Payment tab)

Cash (on-site)
• Pay at the venue and present payment to staff
• Staff will verify and mark you as Confirmed

4. Get Confirmed
• Once payment is verified, you’ll be marked as Confirmed.
• Only confirmed players may join the paddle stack.

5. Join the Paddle Stack & Play
• Paddle stacking is first-come, first-served.
• Two outdoor/open courts.
• Enjoy the games and follow court rotation.

Bringing a +1?

No problem! Just remember:
• Your +1 must also be listed on Reclub
• Your +1 must also pay and be confirmed
• If renting a paddle, the +1’s rental must be included in their payment

Each player (including +1s) is confirmed individually.

No Refund / Reschedule Policy
• Open Play fees are non-refundable.
• If you’re unable to attend after paying, your payment may be used for the next Open Play session.
• Simply re-upload the same payment receipt when joining the next Open Play.
• This applies to the same player only and is valid for the next session.


Friendly Reminders
• Payment is required upon arrival, before joining the paddle stack.
• Paddle rental must be declared and paid before stacking.
• Last paddle stacking is 30 minutes before closing time.
• Open play is on outdoor courts—weather adjustments are decided on-site.
