PICKLEBALL GAME TIME REMINDERS!

To keep our open play sessions running smoothly and fair for everyone, we’re introducing a new Wristband System.

Here’s how it works:
✅ Payment First Policy – Please make your payment before being accepted in Reclub Open Play (OP).
✅ Sign-Up Required – Only players who are signed up and confirmed in Reclub will be accommodated.
✅ Wristband = Play Access – Once you’ve paid, screenshot your confirmation and send it over to Reclub for a quick check. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a wristband at check-in.

No Payment = No Wristband
No Wristband = No Play

SCORING:
First to 11 points takes the win! Quick matches mean more play time and more chances to mix it up.

STACK FAIR, PLAY FAIR:
Drop your paddle in any of our 9 stackers to get in line.
When 4 paddles fill a stack, that game is locked — please don’t move paddles. After your game, add your paddle to a new stack to get back in line.

BYOB — BRING YOUR OWN BALLS!
We don’t supply extras, so bring your favorite pickleballs to keep the games rolling.

WALK-INS:
• First time? We’ve got you — welcome to the club!
• Second time without booking? Sorry, no entry. (Make sure to register in advance next time!)

REFUNDS / NO-SHOWS:
Need to cancel? No problem — you can refund up to 24 hours before open play.
After that, it’s game on — no take-backs! Please respect everyone’s time and spot.
