Friday Open Play 🥒

🚨 NOTICE: Open Play Guidelines 🚨
(READING IS A MUST)

To make sure everyone gets a fair chance to play and no court slots go to waste, we are implementing a Pay to Secure Your Slot rule starting this week.

Reclub Payment Guidelines 💵

• Payment Verification Required: All players must upload their payment confirmation directly through Reclub so organizers can verify and confirm your slot. Slots are only officially secured once the receipt or screenshot is uploaded and checked.

• Deadline for Proof of Payment: Please upload your payment slip immediately after registering or within the designated window prior to the session. Unpaid or unverified slots may be reassigned to players on the waitlist.

• Exact Amount & Reference: Ensure that the transaction amount matches the required fee and that any reference numbers are clearly visible in the uploaded screenshot.

Open Play Guidelines & Policies 🚨

• Strict No Last-Minute Cancellation Policy: Please avoid canceling at the last minute. Late dropouts leave organizers and fellow players short-handed and financially burdened, as court fees remain fixed regardless of attendance.

• Attendance Policy: Kindly arrive on time. A grace period applies, and players who fail to check in or communicate delays risk having their spots transferred to waitlisted members to maximize active court capacity.

• Sportsmanship & Rotation: Respect the rotation queue, support your fellow players, and maintain a welcoming, competitive yet friendly atmosphere on and off the court.
