Road to 3.5: Winning in the Transition Zone

For beginners & developing players (18 & above)

📌 Program Highlights:
At 3.0, the transition zone is somewhere players just try to survive. They go through it hoping nothing comes at their feet. Every ball gets the same panicked swing, and when a ball goes down the middle, both partners watch it go by. Footwork gets you through no-man's-land. 3.5 players win points from it. They can block a drive at their shoelaces, they know who takes the middle ball before it's hit, and they can tell when a mid-court ball is a reset and when it's an attack.
Points get decided in this zone, and the team that plays it better usually wins the game.
