🏟️ COURT SCHEDULE

2:00 PM – 3:00 PM | WARM-UP HOUR

To get everyone settled in, we’ll start the first hour using 2 courts only (Courts 1 & 3) from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

Starting at 3:00 PM, all 3 courts will be open for the remaining 3 hours! 🏓

Thanks for your patience during the first hour as we get the games going. 💗

During the first hour, games will use manual paddle stacking as a warm-up. This is your time to get comfortable, warm up, and get those dinks going! 😌

🏆 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM | OFFICIAL COMPETITION

At 3:00 PM, we’ll switch to the PickleQ App for Win/Lose Stacking for the official 3-hour competition.

Your performance during these 3 hours will determine our TOP 3 players, so play your best, enjoy the games, and may the dinkiest player win! 🏆🥒

🔄 FAST ROTATION RULES

⚡ Rotation: Manual paddle stacking during the warm-up hour, followed by PickleQ App rotation for the official competition.

🏓 Win/Lose Stacking: Official standings will be based on the PickleQ App during the 3-hour competition.

🚫 No Fixed Partners: Partners will rotate throughout the session so everyone gets to play with different people!

🎯 Games to 11 points — No Slide

Free ice and water will be available throughout the session. Just bring your own tumbler! 💧

🚫 CANCELLATION POLICY

24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the meet are not allowed and are non-refundable.

If you can no longer make it before the 24-hour cutoff, please let us know as early as possible. You may also transfer your slot to another player on the waitlist.
