🎾 PICKLEBALL GAME RULES & COURT HOUSE POLICIES

• Game Fee: ₱150 per player
• Play Duration: 4 hours
• Courts Available: 3 Pickleball Courts

📅 BOOKING & PAYMENT (HOUSE RULE)
• Advance booking is required via the Reclub app.
• Payment-first policy is strictly enforced.
• Payment must be completed at least 2 hours before start time.
• Proof of payment must be sent/uploaded in the event chat.
• Players who are ready to pay may send a DM for faster confirmation.
• Unpaid will be released after two hours the open play started.

🏓 COURT HOUSE RULES
• Arrive on time; playtime follows the scheduled hours only.
• Proper non-marking court shoes are required.
• No food on court; water only during play.
• Paddle stacking will be used for fair rotation across all 3 courts.
• Follow court rotation and organizer instructions at all times.
• Good sportsmanship is mandatory—no disruptive or unsafe behavior.

🍔 FOOD & DRINKS
• Food and drinks are available on-site; please consume only in designated areas.

➕ PLUS ONE POLICY
• Plus One is subject to availability and court approval.
• Slot is confirmed only after full payment and receipt submission.
• Same house rules apply; no-show results in forfeiture of fee.

⚠️ LIABILITY & SAFETY
• All players participate at their own risk.
• The court and organizers are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.
