🚪 CANCELLATION POLICY

💳 The courts are reserved and paid in full in advance. 💯

Because of this, we strictly implement a 💶 Payment-First Policy ✅ to ensure all court expenses are covered and the club does not have to shoulder any shortfall caused by player cancellations.

⚠️ Payments are non-refundable ❌

🔄 However, your slot is transferable ♻️

If you’re unable to attend, please find a replacement so you can get your own money back. 🙏
