⏱️ SESSION FORMAT

Hour 1️⃣ - Kitchen Volley & Reflex ⚡️(Coach Alex)

🔄 Players will then rotate courts.

Hour 2️⃣ - Soft Dinking & Strategy🛡️ (Coach Leong)

Hour 3️⃣ - Coached Social Play

⚠️ Player Grouping

Players of different skill levels are welcome. Coaches may assign players to different courts to ensure everyone trains at the most suitable pace and receives the best learning experience.

⚠️ Cancellation & Health

• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations (otherwise non-refundable).

• For everyone’s safety, please rest if you’re feeling unwell. The host reserves the right to refund or ask a player to sit out if they are unfit to train.
