We are organizing this special Open Play to support a child with autism who will be undergoing heart surgery. All proceeds from this event will go directly toward helping the child and the family with the expenses associated with the procedure.

Through this event, we hope to bring our pickleball community together not only to enjoy the sport we love but also to extend a helping hand to a family going through a challenging time.

We invite everyone to join us, show their support, and be part of this meaningful cause. Every contribution, big or small, can make a difference.

✏️PLAYING FORMAT

- Win/Win & Lose/Lose Paddle Stacking
- No fixed doubles, as much as possible, to encourage players to mix and match partners
- All players are expected to maintain fair, respectful, and friendly games.

1. Please bring your own paddle. Game balls will be provided.

❗️ HOUSE RULES

1. No-shows are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled event.

3. For cancellations made less than 6 hours before the event, players must arrange for a replacement. Otherwise, the registration fee will remain due.

4. Players are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizers will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
