👥 Format: 4 players per court
🔄 3 Drilling Sets

SET 1 – Dink Control & Placement
• Cross-court and straight dinking
• Target placement
• Controlled speed-ups
• Focus: patience, consistency & shot selection

SET 2 – RESET, RESET, RESET
• Transition-zone reset drills
• Defend hard shots back into the kitchen
• Reset → move forward → establish at NVZ
• Focus: soft hands, paddle control & staying alive in the point

SET 3 – 3rd Shot to Point Construction
• 3rd shot drop
• Transition towards the kitchen
• Controlled attack & counter
• Finish with conditioned points
• Focus: building the point instead of forcing the winner
