2. Advance payment is needed to secure your slot.

3. Proceed to make payment once you are approved.

5. Upload Receipt via Reclub at the “Payment Section” on your account.

7. If you did not pay, you might be removed last minute to make way for anyone that requests to play, hence if you arrive to play without paying, you might not have a spot. So please check your status before you come.

Please take note that once payment is made for the session, it is non refundable and non-transferable.

** Indemnity Agreement**
By participating in the pickleball open play event hosted by Advantage Pickleball, you agree to the following:

1 Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that pickleball involves physical activity and inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, or other losses. You voluntarily assume all such risks.
2 Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Advantage Pickleball, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your participation in the event, including injuries or damages caused by your actions or negligence.
3 Health Declaration: You confirm that you are physically capable of participating in pickleball and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation.
4 Compliance: You agree to follow all event rules, instructions, and safety guidelines provided by Advantage Pickleball.

By attending, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not participate.
