TITAN DRILLS: NVZ Roll Volleys

TITAN DRILLS Series 1 Week 3: NVZ Roll Volleys

These sessions combine a mix of skill work, movement and friendly match play.

We’ll spend the first hour using the Titan Ball Machine to sharpen your consistency and control. Followed by guided social games to integrate what you learnt and put it into action on court.

Week 1: Serve Returns & Drives
Week 2: Transition Volleys
Week 3: NVZ Roll Volleys
Week 4: Defence Combo (Combination of Week 1-3)

Great for players who want to improve while still enjoying the social side of the game.
