At Reclub, we are more than just an app; we are a Public Benefit Corporation dedicated to uniting the global sports community. Our success is measured by the health of your local clubs. To keep our community thriving, all members agree to the following standards:
1. The Spirit of Play (Conduct)
- Fair Play: Exhibit good sportsmanship on and off the court. Win with humility and lose with grace.
- Inclusivity: We welcome all backgrounds. Harassment, bigotry, or discriminatory behavior is strictly prohibited.
- Integrity (Skill Levels): Be honest about your skill level. "Sandbagging" or misrepresenting your ability undermines the experience for everyone.
2. Respect the Commitment (RSVPs)
- Reliability: If you can't attend, update your RSVP early so a waitlisted player can join.
- Accountability: Repeated "No-Shows" or last-minute cancellations damage the community and may result in restricted access to events.
3. Platform Integrity & Fair Listing
- Accurate Categorization: When hosting, choose the correct category for your Meet (e.g., Social vs. Coaching). Coaching or commercial services must be clearly labeled to keep our discovery feed fair for everyone.
- Authentic Attendance: We believe in real communities. The use of "ghost accounts" to artificially inflate the size of a Meet or Club is prohibited. We value real players, not fake numbers.
- Fair Promotion: Using Reclub to promote products or services must be done reasonably and within our specific guidelines for commercial hosts.
4. Content & Privacy
- Photos & Ownership: We love seeing your venue and event photos! By sharing, you confirm the photo is yours. You grant Reclub an ongoing license to show it off to the community, while you keep the copyright and get the credit.
- Respect Privacy: Never share sensitive personal info in public chats. Ensure your photo uploads comply with our privacy standards and do not infringe on the rights of others.
- Safety First: We have zero tolerance for behavior that compromises the safety of any athlete, especially minors.
5. Quality Control
- Objectionable Content: We reserve the right to remove any content (photos, comments, or descriptions) that is illegal, explicit, or detrimental to the community's mission.
- Reporting: If you see something unsafe or unprofessional, report it to us immediately at help@reclub.co.
