• All players must have an active Reclub account and link their DUPR ID in their Reclub profile before participating
• DUPR rating is based on registration time, changes after registration will not affect eligibility
• Prizes are subject to change if registration falls below 50% of intended capacity
• All players must wear appropriate sportswear and non-marking court shoes
• Players are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to compete
• The organiser is not liable for injuries sustained during the event
• The organiser is not responsible for any lost or stolen items
• Registration fees are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation
• The organiser reserves the right to change the event date in the case of unforeseen circumstances
