This is a new role that the applicant will be shaping together with the Reclub team.

We’re looking for a high-performing Program Manager to take our partnerships and community projects from "idea" to "reality." You’ll be working with cool brands in the health, retail and sports space, equipment supplier, and tournament organizers to bring big projects to life.

You are the bridge between Reclub, our partners, and our community. Your job is to align everyone, making sure our community partners have what they need to execute, our brand partners are happy, and our internal teams are in the loop. You’ll report directly to our Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and work closely with our heads of sports, marketing, content, and community teams.

Key Responsibilities

As this is a new role, with the support of the team you’ll be required to build out the SOPs, ways of working and structure that will be critical for success.

1. Partnership Alignment & Delivery

Project Orchestration: Lead projects from initial brief to final wrap-up. You aren't just managing a task list; you’re managing the "flow" between all parties.
Partner Success: Be the main point of contact for brands. Understand their goals and ensure our community activations deliver on them.
Regional Coordination, oversee activations, align with local partners on-ground, and ensure the Reclub standard is met.

2. Ability to “Make it Happen”

Multitasking: Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously (e.g., a Padel activation in HCMC while coordinating a gear launch in Singapore) without dropping the ball.
Resourcefulness: You’re a problem solver. If a partner is stuck or a timeline shifts, you find the workaround.
Closing the Loop: Collect the "wins”, like data, photos, and feedback after a project to show partners exactly why working with Reclub is a game-changer.

3. Internal Collaboration

Work hand-in-hand with Content and Marketing to ensure every activation is "content-ready" and promoted effectively.
Support the CSO on regional strategy and identifying new ways to grow our partner network.

Job Requirements

3+ years experience: You’ve managed projects, partners, or key accounts in a startup, agency, or sports environment.
You are confident, comfortable and have demonstrated experience working effectively with corporate stakeholders, agency leads and executives.
Sports DNA: You have a genuine interest and experience in the mechanics of sporting events, leagues, or community activities.
The "Conductor" Mindset: You are highly organized and can align different groups of people toward a single goal without needing to be micro-managed.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: You’re a self-starter who thrives in the "startup hustle".
Excellent written/spoken English is essential for the role. You can hold your own in a meeting with a global brand manager or a local community lead.
Adaptability: Ready to jump into the action when the big events are happening, deal with surprises and figure out great solutions on the fly.
