About this Role

Own and build the people function at Reclub. You will run recruiting, set up core HR processes, and make sure the team operates smoothly as we scale. This is a high-impact role where you will wear multiple hats, balance strategy with execution, and directly shape how the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding (Vietnam Focus): Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle primarily for local hires in Vietnam, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and contract negotiation. Manage the new hire orientation and onboarding process.

  • HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal HR policies and procedures, adhering to Vietnamese labor law.

  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer the local compensation and benefits structure, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity for Vietnam-based staff.

  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, manage conflict resolution, and support a positive and productive work environment.

  • Performance Management: Implement and manage the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.

  • Training and Development: Identify local training needs and coordinate development programs for staff in Vietnam.

  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and manage HR information systems for the local workforce.

  • International Hire Support (As Needed): Occasionally manage or assist with recruitment, visa applications, and onboarding processes for international employees, ensuring compliance with relevant international employment laws and company policies.

Job requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a management or senior HR role.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices (preferably with experience in Vietnam and international contexts).

  • Strong proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

  • A strategic thinker with a strong sense of ethics and integrity.

  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
