About this Role

Own the day-to-day operations that keep Reclub moving,you’ll run office operations, handle team logistics, and execute on-the-ground tasks so nothing slows the team down. This is a true startup role where you’ll wear multiple hats, step into whatever is needed, and operate in a high-ownership, execution-heavy environment with clear paths to rapid growth and increased responsibility as you perform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Office & Internal Operations: Keep the office running smoothly (supplies, vendors, workspace) and ensure the team has what they need to operate without friction.

  • Run Travel & Team Logistics: Plan and coordinate end-to-end travel (flights, accommodation, transport) and handle changes so trips run smoothly.

  • Manage Procurement & Merch: Source vendors, place orders, track inventory, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

  • Execute Events & Solve Problems: Support event logistics and on-ground execution; step in to fix issues, handle ad-hoc tasks, and improve processes over time.

Job Requirements

  • 3-6 years experience in operations, admin, logistics, or coordination roles

  • Proven ability to independently manage and execute multiple workstreams

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese

  • Experience owning vendor relationships, logistics, or office operations end-to-end
