1. DUPR 3.0 and Below
• DUPR must not exceed 3.1.
• 3.099 is the maximum cap.
• NR is the minimum cap.
• NC (not connected) status will be on hold.

2. DUPR Submission
• All matches will be submitted.

3. Open Novice Doubles
• Men's doubles, women's doubles, and mixed doubles are allowed.

4. Scoring Format
• 15-point rally (sudden death, without serve to win).
• 3rd-place & Semifinals matches are played to 21 points (with 20-20 serve to win).
• Finals will be played as best of three games to 15 points (with 14-14 serve to win)
• Scoring format from semi-finals to finals is still subject to change based on time availability and organizer discretion.

5. Number of Teams
• Only 40 teams can register.

6. Fee
• RM35 per person.
• RM70 per team.
• No separate payments are allowed, please pay together.
• Kindly pay to 012-4660068 (Johnson Ng Ze Wey) and send me the receipt.

7. Confirmed Play
• First-pay, first-served basis.
• Only teams that pay RM70 will be confirmed for registration.
• Otherwise, registration will be pending until payment is made.

8. Grouping/Competition Format
• 5 teams per group.
• Total 8 pools.
• Round robin in the group stage.
• First two in the round robin will be proceed to round 16
• Followed by Quarterfinals, Semifinals, 3rd-place match, and Final.

9. Warm-up
• Only 3 minutes of warm-up is allowed for your first match.
• After the first match, only a 1-minute warm-up is allowed.

10. Tournament Balls
• Branded tournament balls will be used in this tournament.

12. Participant
• Everyone will receive a goodie bag that includes bread, 100plus, mineral water, vouchers, etc.
• Drinks, cakes, cream puffs, and other desserts will be served depending on the sponsors we secure.

📜 Terms and Conditions
1. No refunds after teams have been confirmed and registered.
2. Substitution of players is allowed before the draw.
3. After the teams are drawn, all teams are frozen, and no changes can be made.
4. Please arrive and register before 6:00 pm. Any team arriving after 6:10 pm will be automatically disqualified.
5. The host reserves the absolute right to determine the method of group stage draws, the order of play, take action against teams displaying poor sportsmanship, and disqualify any team if necessary.
6. All decisions made by the host are final and not subject to appeal.
